Krono Polo is an independent equestrian brand specialising in polo equipment, apparel, and accessories.
By placing an order on this Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. Krono Polo reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in colour, finish, or materials may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Website and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Krono Polo reserves the right to change prices at any time. Prices confirmed at checkout will not be affected by later changes.
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse once payment has been received and confirmed. Dispatch times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, and peak periods.
4.2 Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier (UPS or any other carrier), responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier.
Krono Polo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs clearance, weather conditions, strikes, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or any circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Delivery Times
All delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays do not automatically entitle the customer to refunds, compensation, or cancellation of the order.
4.4 Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Krono Polo has no control over customs procedures in the destination country and cannot influence processing times or charges.
4.5 Lost or Delayed Parcels
In the event of a lost or significantly delayed parcel, Krono Polo will assist the customer in opening an investigation with the courier.
Refunds or replacements can only be issued once the courier has completed their investigation and confirmed the outcome.
Customers are encouraged to contact the courier directly for faster resolution, as carrier investigations and responses may take several business days.
5. Returns & Exchanges
5.1 Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Custom, personalised, made-to-order, or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
5.2 Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
6. Size & Fit Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. If unsure, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing an order.
Returns due to incorrect sizing are subject to the standard return conditions.
7. Warranty & Defects
All products are inspected before dispatch.
If you receive a faulty or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not considered defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krono Polo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by third-party carriers, customs-related issues, or loss of income or business.
Krono Polo’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including logos, images, text, designs, and graphics, is the property of Krono Polo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable European Union consumer laws.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
